Lead me gently home, Father, Lead me gently home; When life’s toils are ended, And parting days have come, Sin no more shall tempt me, Ne’er from Thee I’ll roam, If Thou’ll only lead me, Father, Lead me gently home.
Lead me gently home, Father, Lead me gently home, Father, Lest I fall upon the wayside, Lead me gently home.
Lead me gently home, Father, Lead me gently home; In life’s darkest hours, Father, When life’s troubles come, Keep my feet from wand’ring, Lest from Thee I roam, Lest I fall upon the wayside, Lead me gently home.
My name is Sue J Love. I am married. My husband Rick and I have 4 children and 3 children-in-law and 14 grandchildren. I have been a full-time homemaker most of our married lives, and I have been in Christian ministry most of that time, as well. I started teaching the Bible when I was a teenager, and I have taught children, youth, and women most of my adult life. Since late in 2004 the Lord Jesus has had me writing out what he teaches me through his word and posting it on the Internet, which I have been doing full-time since 2006. He also has given me multiple songs to write, which he sometimes includes in these writings. All praise to Him!
