Swiftly trickling through the curtains
Comes upon us life uncertain
Unexpected circumstances
Are in store, and happenstances
Time’s a treasure without measure
Please don’t waste in sinful pleasure
Take for granted not what’s given
Waste it not on what’s forbidden
Life can quickly leave us empty
If it’s spent on what is trendy
If it’s spent on chitter-chatter
And not on what really matters
Give our lives up full to Jesus
From our sins he will then free us
Give us purpose and direction
Life eternal without question

My name is Sue J Love. I am married. My husband Rick and I have 4 children and 3 children-in-law and 14 grandchildren. I have been a full-time homemaker most of our married lives, and I have been in Christian ministry most of that time, as well. I started teaching the Bible when I was a teenager, and I have taught children, youth, and women most of my adult life. Since late in 2004 the Lord Jesus has had me writing out what he teaches me through his word and posting it on the Internet, which I have been doing full-time since 2006. He also has given me multiple songs to write, which he sometimes includes in these writings. All praise to Him!
